This address is for legal and business correspondence only. It is not a returns depot, warehouse or showroom. Customer returns are handled via RMA — see Return and refund policy.

Regulatory information

  • VAT: Not VAT registered. Prices at checkout are the total payable; VAT invoices are not available.
  • F-Gas: Pre-charged air conditioning and refrigeration equipment is supplied in compliance with UK fluorinated greenhouse gas regulations. Customers must provide certified installer details where required.
  • WEEE: We are responsible for financing the take-back, treatment and recycling of electrical equipment we place on the UK market. Ask us about free take-back of equivalent old equipment when you order replacement kit.

Content, product photography, branding and software on this website are owned by SORA Climate or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape or reuse content without permission.

Liability for content
