Shipping
We ship to the United Kingdom at checkout. Each item is assigned the fastest shipping method available for that product — Express Air for light SKUs, Air Freight for bulky splits — and handed to our fulfilment network automatically.
Delivery speeds (typical business days)
- Express Air — fastest tracked air (typically 2–5 days UK). Default for fans, filters, light portables and accessories.
- Standard Air — tracked air economy (typically 5–10 days).
- Air Freight — plane only for bulky split systems (typically 6–12 days). Fastest when sea is the alternative.
- Sea Freight — economy for select oversized units (typically 25–45 days).
- UK buffer stock — where available, next-day style courier (1–2 days).
Per-product rules
- Fans, portables, filters and accessories → Express Air by default.
- Wall splits and heavy refrigeration → Air Freight (fastest viable).
- Mixed baskets may arrive in separate parcels on different dates — tracking emailed per parcel.
Lead times on product pages are honest factory-to-door estimates. We do not promise same-day dispatch on made-to-order climate units.

Transit protection: parcels are insured for loss and damage in transit. Report damage within 72 hours of delivery with photos.
